Every piece we make is crafted to order — not pulled off a warehouse shelf. Before checking out, please double-check your size and color selections. We want your new favorite tee or hoodie to fit like it was made just for you — because it was.

At No. 925, we’re building something better than fast fashion. Every product is made to order to help minimize waste, reduce overproduction, and support a more sustainable way to live — one that values purpose over excess.

Our Return & Replacement Policy

We stand behind every product we make. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll make it right — no questions asked.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your package goes missing in transit, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll help track it down or arrange a replacement.

If your order can’t be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reship it once a corrected address and shipping payment have been confirmed.

Unclaimed shipments returned to our fulfillment facility are donated to charity after 30 days.

Sealed items (like masks or hygiene-sensitive goods) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Ordered the Wrong Size or Product?

We get it — sometimes mistakes happen. While we can’t automatically exchange made-to-order items, we can help with a discounted replacement.

Here’s how it works:

  • Contact us at support@no925.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return the original item (shipping at your cost).

  • Once we receive it, we’ll donate it to charity.

  • You’ll receive a discount code to reorder one replacement item at a reduced rate.

  • Shipping fees apply to replacement orders.

Discounted replacements are available once per original order, at our discretion, and depend on product availability.
Please note: this process doesn’t apply to sealed or health-restricted products.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email support@no925.com with a clear photo and brief description so we can resolve the issue quickly.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first — we’re unable to cover replacement costs in those cases.
