The tee that is not a blank

Most t-shirts are a background for something else. This one is the thing itself. The print covers the entire garment, front, back, sleeves, so there is no plain space and no logo doing the talking.

The Afterglow print takes its name from the light that arrives after the sun has already gone down, when the sky holds colour for another twenty minutes and nobody is in a hurry. Large soft edged shapes overlap across the fabric in burnt orange, slate navy, dusty lavender, sage green and warm cream. Nothing lines up on a grid. The forms lean into each other the way clouds and hills and water do at the end of a clear day, and a fine grain runs through every colour so the whole thing reads more like a pressed print than a digital file.

Cut and fit

A women's cut with a gentle shape through the waist, set-in short sleeves and a standard crew neck. It is not a boxy unisex tee relabelled. It sits closer through the body without being tight, and the length is standard, so it works tucked or loose depending on what you are wearing it with.

Fabric

A cotton-touch polyester jersey with a small amount of spandex. The hand feel is smooth and cool rather than the papery texture people expect from printed polyester. It is a premium mid-weight knit, so it drapes rather than standing away from the body, and the colour does not wash out over time the way pigment on cotton eventually does.

  • Women's cut with a gentle shape through the waist
  • Standard crew neck with set-in short sleeves
  • Smooth cotton-touch polyester jersey with spandex for stretch
  • Premium mid-weight knit that drapes rather than stands off the body
  • All-over print across front, back and sleeves with no blank areas
  • Colour stays saturated through repeated washing
  • Print placement varies slightly on every piece
  • Made to order in small numbers
  • Machine washable cold, hang to dry

How to wear it

Tucked into high waisted denim with the print doing all the work up top. Loose over swimwear on a hot day. Under a plain cardigan or blazer when you want just a flash of the colour showing at the neck and cuffs. It handles all three without looking like a different garment each time.

Care

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Hang to dry. Avoid the tumble dryer and fabric softener, both of which shorten the life of a printed knit. Cool iron on the reverse only if you need to.

Sizing

True to size with a women's shape through the waist. If you are between sizes and want a closer fit, take the smaller one, because the spandex gives you the range back. If you intend to wear it loose or tucked into something high waisted with room to blouse, take the larger. The neckline and sleeve length stay proportional across the size range rather than growing disproportionately at the top end.

Why an all-over print instead of a chest graphic

A placed graphic is printed onto a finished shirt, which means there is a plain garment underneath it and a visible edge where the ink stops. An all-over print is applied to the fabric before a single piece has been cut, so the colour is part of the material rather than a layer on top of it. There is no cracking at the print edge over time and no stiff patch on the chest. It costs more to make and it is the reason this feels like a printed textile rather than a t-shirt with something on it.

Questions people ask

Does polyester feel hot? This is a cotton-touch jersey rather than a slick performance fabric, and it moves moisture away rather than trapping it, so it wears cooler than a heavy cotton tee in real heat. Will the print fade? The colour is bonded into the fibre, not sitting on the surface, so it survives washing far better than a screen printed cotton tee. Is the print identical on every one? No. Each is cut from a continuously printed length, so placement varies from piece to piece.

Who it is for

Anyone building a wardrobe where a few pieces carry all the interest and everything else stays simple. It suits people who travel light, because it works across a wide temperature range and pairs with almost anything plain. If you have been buying black tees for a decade and want one thing with colour in it, start here.

Why it is made this way

Printed and sewn to order, never in bulk. It takes a few days longer than pulling something off a shelf, and in exchange nothing is made that nobody wanted. Ten percent of profit goes to the organisations we support.

Sustainable Apparel FAQ

What makes No 925 apparel different from typical clothing brands?

No 925 apparel is built around a simple idea: clothing should represent how you choose to live, not just what you wear. Our designs focus on intention, independence, and rejecting autopilot living. Every piece is created to be wearable daily while carrying a message that resonates with people building a life they don’t need to escape from.

How long does shipping take?

Orders go through a production window of 2-5 business days before they ship. After that, delivery time depends on your location and the method you choose at checkout. You will receive tracking once your order is on its way. If you have a timing concern, contact info@no925.co before placing your order.

How do I choose the right size for No 925 apparel?

Every No 925 product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the best fit. Because our catalog includes multiple apparel styles such as shirts, hoodies, and accessories, sizing can vary slightly between items. We always recommend reviewing the size chart provided on the product page and comparing it to a garment you already own that fits well.

What is Project 925 and how does it work?

Project 925 is the philanthropic arm of No 925. Each month, a portion of profits is directed toward a vetted nonprofit organization aligned with the brand’s values. Causes often include mental health support, environmental protection, and veteran assistance, helping turn everyday purchases into real-world impact.

Why does No 925 use made-to-order production instead of mass manufacturing?

Made-to-order production allows us to reduce unnecessary waste while maintaining flexibility in our designs. Rather than producing thousands of garments that may never be worn, we manufacture items as they are purchased. This approach supports sustainability while allowing No 925 to focus on thoughtful design rather than fast fashion.

What is Project 925?

Project 925 is No. 925's giving initiative. Ten percent of monthly profits go to a vetted local or regional nonprofit, rotated monthly. We choose organizations where the contribution will actually be felt, not absorbed into administrative overhead. When you buy from No. 925, a portion of that purchase moves something real in the world.

Does No 925 clothing support any charitable initiatives?

Yes. Through Project 925, a portion of profits supports organizations doing meaningful work in areas like mental health, environmental conservation, and veteran support. Each month a new cause may be featured, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to living with intention and helping others rise.

What type of people typically wear No 925 apparel?

No 925 apparel resonates with people who value independence, creativity, and intentional living. Many customers are entrepreneurs, builders, creators, and individuals pursuing a lifestyle outside traditional expectations. The brand attracts those who believe life should be designed deliberately rather than lived by default.

Can No 925 clothing be worn casually or styled for streetwear?

Yes. No 925 apparel is designed to fit naturally into both casual and modern streetwear styles. Many of the designs combine minimal aesthetics with bold messaging, making them easy to pair with everyday outfits while still making a statement.
